Data Deletion

You can have your data deleted from Funnel Engine at any time. This page explains how, and satisfies the data-deletion requirements of the platforms we connect to (including Meta).
How to request deletion
Option 1 — Do it yourself (fastest). Sign in, go to Settings → Connections, and disconnect any platform to immediately revoke our access and remove the data we hold from it. To remove your whole account, go to Settings → Account → Delete account.
Option 2 — Ask us. Email privacy@funnelengine.app from the address on your account with the subject line "Data deletion request". Tell us whether you want a specific platform's data removed or your entire account deleted. We may ask you to confirm your identity before we action it.
What gets deleted and when
Disconnecting a platform immediately revokes Funnel Engine's access and removes the performance data we hold from that platform.
Deleting your account removes your account data and all connected-platform data we hold.
We complete deletion requests within 30 days. Some records may be retained only where the law requires it; these are then deleted once that obligation ends.
Meta platform data
If you connected a Meta (Facebook or Instagram) account, deleting your account or disconnecting Meta removes the Meta data we hold. To request deletion of Meta-derived data directly, email privacy@funnelengine.app with the subject "Data deletion request", or revoke Funnel Engine's access from your Facebook Settings → Business Integrations.
